1 Bottle of V- 8 Hot Spicy Juice (for those not interested in spice, then use just plain V-8)
1 Pound of lean meat (whether hamburger, cubed beef, pork, chicken, turkey)
1 Pound of Mixed Frozen Vegetables
Cooking Methods:
Placed in the crock pot for 8 hours on medium.
Or Place in a pot and cooked on the stove in about an hour (until it boils and smells great).
For more flavor add chopped onion, clove of garlic or any other seasoning favorite.
The vegetables will provide anti-oxidants to help lower blood pressure, reduce inflammation, help prevent heart disease and project against various cancers. It smells great and gives home the feeling of "home".
